Dig Your Diet was created to provide nutrition and fitness plans. We focus on providing consulting with those of all levels and backgrounds. We are open to working with anyone who is willing and determined to follow their health goals! It is important to not only make recommendations, but also provide our clients with the tools they need to continue their progress after our visits. Dig Your Diet wants to see their clients succeed by teaching them eating guidelines, lifestyle recommendations, fitness techniques and provide educational handouts/recipe handouts to help the client succeed.

Consultations It's important to feel confident in your fitness and nutrition plan. At your first consultation we will discuss your current health concerns and figure out what health plan direction would work best. If you decide to work with Dig Your Diet we can set you up with a plan that can surely help you reach your goals. We are all individuals and our needs differ from one another. The services Dig Your Diet provides will give clients the knowledge to follow a healthy path.
Nutrition Plans We provide our clients with plans geared toward their specific needs. You will meet with me, Amber, NC, CPT, CET to review findings and recommendations. The plans may consist of:
Diet & Lifestyle Evaluation: How we live ultimately affects the diet we consume. During the evaluation we will discuss how your current diet and lifestyle contributes to your health issues.
Diet Analysis: Our diet analysis program will provide a detailed report of the amount of calories, nutrients and amounts of what you eat in your current diet. We will also address what the best macros would be for your goals.
Research on Condition & Recommendations: For those clients with specific diagnosed conditions, we offer a research and recommendation report to alleviate symptoms. We will provide you with documentation on the specific condition as well as recommendations to aid in recovery.
Week's Menu Plan + Recipes: Dig Your Diet offers meal planning and recipes for those who need direction in the kitchen.
Each of the above services is available individually, but it is ideal to follow a plan directed to your specific needs to reach optimal health.
Other Services Provided Skype Consultations: For those who are very active and unable to find the time to meet in person, Dig Your Diet, offers Skype consultations. With your consent we can provide the same care as if we were in person.
Group Lectures : Dig Your Diet provides group lectures throughout Southern California. We host events and group sessions to give our clients a sense of community. It is encouraged to attend our lectures to further your knowledge on nutrition as well as find community support. It is important to get involved in your community to build “a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals”. If you are interested in hosting a lecture, private group lectures can be requested by contacting us.
Fitness Plans Our fitness plans are designed to fit the equipment and the area you have to work with. Each client has a planned designed specific to their needs. Using a variety of techniques, you will be challenged and pushed to learn proper technique as well as gain strength and flexibility.
Athlete Plans As an ex-high level athlete, Amber understands the importance of nutrition and fitness has on the ability to perform. Our athletic programs address common nutrition issues in specific sports as well as training that focuses on speed, agility, change of direction and most importantly recovery. Working hard In the gym and on the field requires a lot from your body. We use a dynamic deep stretching routine to aid in recovery as well as help prevent injury and help with flexibility.
